Converting every number in the database to a dictionary so I can compare the frequency of digits between numbers
Comparing each number to the number read by the script from the image. At the top the boat number read by the script is turned to a dictionary, and then each digits frequency (of the boat number read) is compared to every boat number in the database, which was done in the code above
